Essential Workers Scholarship
College Scholarship Application Criteria
Parent(s) or Student must have been a member of the Civic Club or A Highly Active Volunteer in Community Events in Greater Hampstead
- Student must be a Hampstead high school senior.
- Student must have been an essential front line worker during the Corona Virus Pandemic.
- Applicant Must NOT be a previous winner.
- Applicant Must Identify school, technical or trade school they will be attending in the fall (if available).
- Applicant Must submit the application form and essay (150-200 words) on the following question: What has been your role as an essential worker, and what have you learned or witnessed during the pandemic that you intend to remember or use in college and beyond?
Deadline & Submission
Online submissions must be received on or before midnight on June 1st.
Mailed correspondence's must be postmarked by midnight, June 1st and sent to:

Information Note: The scholarship will be issued during the students’ second semester after scholarship notification.
